This policy explains how Gladiators Mastermind LLC, doing business through Gladiator's Mastermind and Arena OS, handles personal information when you visit our website, request a consultation, enroll, use Arena OS, or communicate with us.
Information we collect
We may collect contact and account information, assessment and enrollment responses, transaction and subscription records, coaching and program activity, communications, device and usage information, and any information you choose to provide. If you choose text messaging, we also record your mobile number, verification status, consent, preferences, opt-out status, and message-delivery metadata.
How we use information
We use information to operate and secure Arena OS; deliver consultations, coaching, memberships, reminders, customer care, account and billing notices; process payments; prevent fraud and abuse; comply with law; and improve our services. We do not use service-SMS consent to enroll you in unrelated marketing.
Mobile information and SMS consent
We do not sell or share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose this information only to communications providers and other processors that help us deliver and support the messages you requested, or when required by law. Those providers may not use the information for their own marketing.
Message frequency varies according to your Arena activity and preferences. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of purchase or registration.
When information is disclosed
We may disclose information to contracted service providers that support hosting, authentication, payments, email, text messaging, analytics, and business operations; to professional advisers; during a lawful business transaction; to protect rights, safety, and security; or as legally required. We require service providers to handle information only for the services they provide to us.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain business and legal records, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may update Arena OS notification preferences, opt out of text messages by replying STOP, and request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Some records may be retained when required for security, financial, contractual, or legal purposes.
