Terms and SMS Terms
Effective August 21, 2026
These terms govern use of the public Gladiator's Mastermind website and the optional Arena OS mobile messaging program. Membership purchases and temporary access may also require a separate Arena Agreement or Access Pass agreement presented before enrollment.
Website use
You may use this website for lawful personal purposes related to learning about, applying for, or using Gladiator's Mastermind services. You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, misuse another person's account, scrape protected content, or copy proprietary coaching materials except as expressly permitted.
Coaching and wellness boundary
Gladiator's Mastermind provides coaching, education, accountability, and program tools. It is not emergency service, medical care, mental-health treatment, or a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. No particular outcome is guaranteed. If you believe you are facing an emergency, contact local emergency services.
Arena OS mobile messaging program
When you affirmatively opt in, Gladiators Mastermind LLC may send low-volume transactional and customer-care messages from Gladiator's Mastermind and Arena OS. Messages may include consultation and session confirmations or reminders, account and billing notices, coach responses, task or plan updates, security notices, and replies to your requests. Marketing texts, if ever offered, require separate consent.
Consent to receive texts is optional and is not a condition of purchase, membership, or registration. Message frequency varies according to your activity and notification preferences. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt-in, opt-out, and help
You opt in through an Arena OS website form by providing your mobile number and checking an unchecked SMS-consent box. Members may also be required to verify their number and enable notification preferences.
- Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to opt out.
- Reply START, YES, or UNSTOP to request reactivation where supported.
- Reply HELP for help, email support@gladiatorsmastermind.com, or contact your coach inside Arena OS.
After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation. Opting out of texts does not cancel a membership or prevent essential notices through other available channels.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, and SMS consent are not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Changes and availability
We may update these terms or modify or discontinue messaging features. Material changes will be posted with a revised effective date. Your continued use after an update means you accept the updated website terms; new or materially expanded messaging consent will be requested when required.
